Neda Razavi, MBA

CEO & Chairwoman

Neda is a highly versatile and achievement-driven global healthcare leader who combines a science background with marketing, product management, and partnership development experience to build, transform and grow resilient businesses within small to large companies. Her focus is on companies leading cutting edge innovation in health technology. She is adept in developing go-to-market strategies to guide product development & ignite business growth. She has a wealth of commercial and go-to-market experience having worked in various leadership roles in companies such as Illumina, Roche, Abbott Laboratories, Medtronic, Natera, Allergan, and Baxter Bioscience.

Shadi Saberi, PhD

CTO & Founder

Shadi Saberi has over 13 years of research and industry experience in development of hardware systems, IC and PCB design, and system architecture. She leads the development of iSono Health’s ultrasound system and system architecture which includes the transmitter and receiver analog front-end interface with ultrasound transducer array, as well as digital signal processing in FPGA. She has worked at Broadcom and Intel. She has an MS and a PhD. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Chirag Parghi

CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER

Dr. Chirag Parghi is a board certified radiologist with fellowship (subspecialty) training in Breast Imaging and, most recently, served as the Chief Medical Officer of Solis Mammography where he managed clinical quality across more than 150 breast centers. As CMO of iSono Health, he leads clinical research endeavors where he is the principal investigator on several trials and manages relationships with the various radiologist practices. Dr Parghi is still a practicing radiologist with staff appointments at the Einstein-Jefferson medical center in Philadelphia.

Robert Lerma

Vice President of Commercial

Robert Lerma is Vice President of Commercial at iSono Health, with a background in commercializing first-in-kind medical technologies across surgical robotics, image-guided navigation, medical augmented and extended reality, and advanced interventional imaging. He specializes in building the early commercial foundation for scale, establishing initial sites, enabling KOL advocacy, validating economic proof points, and creating repeatable sales motions.

Sean Lee

Head of Product Development, Imaging

Sean Lee leads imaging product development at iSono Health, bringing deep experience at the intersection of medical imaging, software, and user-centered design. Previously, he co-founded ArtixMedical and served as CTO, where he built point-of-care medical visualization solutions and developed scientific visualization tools integrating AI and augmented reality to support modern diagnosis and treatment. Prior to that, he was Head of R&D Ultrasound Korea at Siemens Healthineers, leading work in high-performance computing for medical imaging and advancing ultrasound system UI/UX to improve diagnostic workflows and the clinician experience.

Zara Hashim

Clinical Solutions Operations Specialist

Zara Hashim is a physician and clinical solutions operations specialist who bridges clinical insight with technology to better align products with real-world workflows and patient needs. She brings frontline healthcare experience including intensive COVID-era hospital rotations, and a focus on strengthening clinical partnerships, training, and communication of clinical value.

Brittany Kimble

Clinical Application Specialist

Brittany Kimble is a clinical application specialist with a career that spans the evolution of medical imaging from the film/screen era to today’s advanced modalities. With a strong foundation shaped by work alongside innovations in interventional radiology, she brings a deep commitment to improving access to imaging and removing barriers for patients.

Ravishankar Melkote

Principal Software Engineer

Ravishankar Melkote is a seasoned technology leader with a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering full-stack software solutions across C++, C#, WPF, Python, MySQL, and JavaScript. He brings proven experience leading FDA-compliant medical device software development, with hands-on expertise navigating IEC 62304 software life cycle processes and ensuring alignment with ISO 13485 quality management standards.

Andrea Wolf

Head of Market Access and Strategy

Andrea Wolf is a strategic market access and health economics consultant with expertise spanning commercialization, patient education, public policy, and reimbursement. She brings a systems-level view of how innovations can expand access across diverse care settings, while aligning clinical value with sustainable coverage and adoption pathways.

Stefanie Kanter

Director, Downstream HCP Marketing

Stef Kanter has 15 years of experience in medical device marketing across imaging and therapeutics. She specializes in translating complex technologies into clear messaging that drives physician engagement and adoption, leading end-to-end marketing efforts and building omnichannel strategies to expand visibility and reach among key clinical audiences, including transforming legacy marketing into forward-thinking growth programs.

Kordell Tan

Technical Program Manager

Kordell Tan is a professionally licensed engineer with 7+ years of broad medical device experience. He brings hands-on expertise across catheter and drainage assembly design, sterilization validation, packaging design and validation, and manufacturing equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ). Kordell has also built and maintained manufacturing documentation (batch records, work instructions), authored SOPs, and supported human factors and usability assessments to ensure products are practical, safe, and ready to scale.

Brenda Rogers

Executive Coach and HR Consultant

Brenda Rogers is an executive coach and HR consultant with experience scaling tech startups and building high-performing teams. She has supported growth through both hands-on operational leadership and long-term people strategy, with notable contributions including work tied to Roku’s successful IPO and breast cancer diagnostics innovation at Perlegen Sciences.

Elmira Ghahramani

Ultrasound Imaging Scientist

Elmira Ghahramani, PhD, is a biomedical engineer specializing in 3D ultrasound, quantitative ultrasound (QUS), and AI. At iSono Health, she advances R&D in ultrasound signal and image processing, quantitative tissue characterization, and AI-enabled cancer detection. She earned her PhD in Biomedical Engineering and completed her postdoctoral training at Cornell University.

Razec Jose Val Borja is Customer Success & CRM Manager, focused on building the systems that connect customers with commercial, manufacturing, and support teams. With nearly a decade of experience across technical SaaS products, he specializes in translating complex concepts into clear communication, optimizing workflows through project management and CRM mastery, and leveraging AI to streamline operations and improve customer outcomes.
